Fencing System

Materials

Panel: made of high strength hot galvanized steel wire, electrowelded in the crossing. Horizontal wires have a diameter of 6mm. Vertical wirs have a diameter of 5mm. The mesh size is 50mm in width.

Line Pole: H shaped in extruded alluminum.

Corner Pole: triangular shaped in extruded alluminum.

Assembly Clips: made of extruded alluminum with stainless steel bolts.

Pole Caps: made of plastic materials.

Coating's Characteristics

Panel's Galvanizing: panel's wires are hot dip gavanized before welding according to the European standards(DIN 1653/1548/177-uni 7245-73-nfa 91/131).

Plastification

All the metallic components are phosphated and plastified with polyester powder, minimum polyester thickness according to the European standards(din 1653/177/303611).

Sizes

Panel is produced in four different heights and the width of the module is 2405mm.

It is resistant as it is made of strong materials: thick steel wires with ribs obtained from a beep forming and extruded alluminum poles.

It is lasting because the use of materials resistent to atmospheric-agents and pollution allow a long life without maintenance; in fact the panel is zinc-plated, phosphated, plastified with polyester powder.

It is versatile, being available in different sizes, therefore adjustable to any need, and in five colours.

It is advantageous as it has a competitive price, it does not need maintenance. It is possible to change a single module without having to intervene on the whole fencing.
